Gobazo
Forecasting and operations software for multi-store retail
Gobazo builds RetailIQ — a business platform that turns a retailer's point-of-sale history into 14-day, per-store, per-item demand forecasts, and then into purchase orders, stock alerts, customer insight, staff tasks and payment reconciliation.
RetailIQ is sold to businesses and used by their staff. It is deployed either in our cloud or on servers the customer runs themselves.
What the platform does
Purchase orders
Forecasts become supplier purchase orders with lead times, service levels and order rounding.
Store operations
Stock-out, dead-stock, wastage and margin alerts, plus a live per-store pulse.
Customer intelligence
Segmentation and campaign tooling built on the retailer's own sales history.
Tasks & workflows
Checklists, ticketing and escalation for store teams, with service-level tracking.
Payment reconciliation
Matches payment-gateway settlements against till records and flags the gaps.
The email we send
RetailIQ sends transactional email only, to people whose employer has created an account for them in the platform. We do not send marketing email, we do not buy or rent mailing lists, and we never email an address that has not been entered by an administrator of the business that address belongs to.

Sending addresses
Production mail is sent from notifications@gobazo.com and
development mail from dev.notification@gobazo.com. All of it
is DKIM-signed for gobazo.com.
Stopping it
Alerts and summaries can be turned off per person in the app under Notification settings, or by replying to any message and asking us to stop. Invitations and password resets are security mail: they are sent only in direct response to an action, and stop when the account is removed. Bounces and complaints are processed automatically and the address is suppressed.

Email support@gobazo.com for support, privacy requests, or to ask us to stop emailing an address. We reply to privacy and deletion requests within 30 days.
